This 74mm LED spotlight is a direct replacement for the discontinued 50W halogen equivalent, and the 11 watt CFL model which offers very poor light output. The Sylvania long neck 74mm GU10 LED spotlight is less than half the wattage of the CFL version at just 5 watts and offers immediate light and guarantees at least 15,000 hours of use. Lets face it the old cfls were cp and the megaman l e d replacements went dim after a while. Im hoping for better things from the Sylvania lamps. Watch this space. However they do appear brighter than the megaman leds and a better colour and and I have a happy customer.

5 watt Sylvaniamm LED

I bought these after having grief trying to get replacements for the Megaman 11watt CFl lamps. These LED lights were a country mile better than the old 11 watt lamps and fitted perfectly. Although only 5 watt, they were noticeably brighter than the 11 watt Clfs. I have a happy customer now too, and recommend these and Everything LED to anyone wishing to purchase these.
